Compensation:
$60,000 - $65,000 CAD

What will you do in this job?:
The Food & Beverage Administrator Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Banff Jasper Collection – (BJC) F&B team assuming key tasks for communication, community, and financial development.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:

Receive and prioritize requests for team communication within Banff Jasper Collection
Assist operations managers with onboarding & arrival experience for new team members.
Coordinate and prepare power point presentation for quarterly F&B meetings
Maintain promotional event schedule
Liaison between reservations, marketing for IBE build and bookings for any specials or upcoming events
Compose & disseminate BEO’s and communicate internal BJC events, and community events to the F&B team
Compile and review guest experience scores monthly
Reply to all negative BJC Open Table comments
Research comp set pricing and deliver results and recommendations monthly
Assist in business planning deck presentation.
Arrange transportation and itinerary on a need basis
Receive, review, and process all internal meeting requests, for training, orientations, and departments meetings in Delphi. Create and distribute reports and internal BEO’s for these events.
To be fully trained in Delphi and generating daily, weekly and monthly reports
Monitor and update events from Delphi into 7 shifts
Assist in creating training manuals for F&B Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assist in the development and follow-up on community support and charitable related activities.
Track, monitor and report all community volunteering opportunities for Jasper Lodging
Compile, curate and distribute monthly F&B newsletter
Regular, structured verbal and written communications summarized and distributed for the Food & Beverage leadership.
Take meeting minutes as required for leadership meeting

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
SELECTION CRITERIA:

3+ years of Food and Beverage experience, or two years working in event management
Extensive computer knowledge
Understanding of inventory procedures and systems
Micros/Optimum experience for programming and report generation
