Full job description
SPA RECEPTIONIST

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our guest services team at Cedar + Sage Spa.

C+S is a busy holistic spa located in beautiful Banff. Locally owned, and rated #1 spa in Banff on TripAdvisor since 2014, our team strives to deliver exceptional client care.

Responsibilities include hosting guests when in spa, creating and managing online reservations, educating clients on retail, collecting payment, filing invoices, light cleaning & laundry.

We strongly value a team member with customer service experience, a warm & friendly demeanour, the ability to multitask and self motivate.

Previous reception and/or spa experience is an asset but not required.
