Full job description
Summary of Position:

The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the store. This person is accountable for leading the ice cream team in providing COWS World Class Service to our customers.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

· Demonstrating COW WOW SERVICE: “All COWS customers must receive above and beyond care and attention- better than would ever be received anywhere in the world at all times!”

Greeting and serving all customers
Being the liaison between staff and management
Handling staff and customer concerns
Opening and closing the store
Preparing bank deposits
Handling cash – making change
Preparation of all menu items, including cone batter, waffle cones and dishes
Replenishing paper supplies and syrup toppings
Maintaining the fresh dairy clean atmosphere of the COWS store
Maintaining a clean fresh personal appearance at all times
Qualifications:

Is energized by customer interactions
Has strong verbal and communication skills
Has the ability to build a relationship with the customers and staff
Has a team oriented personality
Has a competitive spirit and a desire to sell
Has efficient and creative problem solving skills
Has a sense of humor
Physical Requirements:

Repetitive tasks, specifically in the wrists
Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
Standing for the duration of the shift
