Welcome! The Banff Park Lodge Hotel Collective operates 3 hotel properties, Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. Within the Banff Park Lodge property, we operate 2 restaurants, La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Adhere to recipes and specifications to maintain consistency and ensure all standards are met,
Keep overproduction and food waste to a minimum, ensuring proper rotation, labeling, and storing of food,
Ensure all food products are handled, stored, prepared and served safely in accordance with hotel and government Food Safety guidelines,
Comply with all safety regulations, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the hotel health and safety program,
Assume responsibility for the basic operations of workstation for short periods when required in the absence of the Pastry Chef,
Report for shifts on time with a professional appearance and positive attitude
Ideal candidate:

Experience in a hotel restaurant is an asset,
Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time,
Is a team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
