Welcome! The Banff Park Lodge Hotel Collective operates 3 hotel properties, Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. Within the Banff Park Lodge property, we operate 2 restaurants, La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. Staff and guests alike can enjoy our ideal location, close to the liveliness of downtown Banff on one side and the serenity of the Bow River on the other.

Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Report to and follow instructions from Executive Chef and Sous Chef
Maintain clean and safe work station
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Minimize food waste and spoilage
Ideal Candidate:

Aspiring to become an apprentice
One year of experience in a kitchen required, hotel restaurant cooking is an asset
Prepares high quality food and follows superior sanitation standards
Is physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time
Is a team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
