Duties include (but are not limited to): Create, cancel, and change room reservations both in person and over the phone, Provide excellent customer service through all channels, Communicate well with staff and guests, Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including information and services required for guests with special needs, Act self-sufficiently with minimal supervision, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, Other duties as assigned.
