Are you passionate about creating positive work experiences and fostering employee engagement? Join our Human Resources team as a HR Coordinator - Employee Engagement! In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting memorable events, managing a fantastic perks program, and communicating effectively with our vibrant team of over 900 employees.

Key Responsibilities:Communications:
Develop and implement engaging communication materials through newsletters, fact sheets, Dayforce Hub, and our employee website.
Write and edit content, collaborating with the BCPL team to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives.
Create and publish print and web content following the BCPL style guide.
Assemble and coordinate content for our weekly employee newsletter.
Manage event communications to boost registration and participation.
Analyze communication metrics to refine strategies.
Create visual resources (videos, written content, web) that adhere to our brand standards.
Handle @blcemployees social media accounts to enhance organic engagement.
Events:
Lead the planning and execution of events, including budget management, scheduling, registration, venue selection, and on-site management.
Contribute to the development of the event strategy and calendar.
Assess event effectiveness by gathering and analyzing feedback.
Support and promote employee-driven initiatives to strengthen our connection with employees and the community.
Engagement:
Welcome new hires during weekly orientations.
Organize and manage employee appreciation programs like Doughnut Day, Cake Day, and Anniversary Cards.
Develop and assess employee engagement programs to boost retention.
Oversee the Employee Perks Program.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the HR team’s goals.
Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
Experience in event planning, execution, and promotion.
Graphic design skills are a plus.
Background in communications, marketing, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
Strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
Enthusiastic about social media and digital communication.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Eager to learn and collaborate with a diverse team.
