Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee annual budgets, driving revenue growth and optimizing profitability through strategic planning and resource management.
Build strong relationships with key departments, including the Hotel Front Office and Sales & Catering, to enhance operational synergy.
Partner with the Kitchen Manager ensuring cost efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and job satisfaction.
Manage performance and development of the Restaurant leadership team, anticipating market conditions and service requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
A proven leader with a background in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
Experience in managing a food and beverage operation with expertise in budgeting, cost analysis, and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with a keen ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
