What We’re Looking For:
Energetic and Enthusiastic: A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Experienced Mixologist: Prior experience as a bartender with a strong background in mixology is a plus.
Certified Professional: Pro Serve certification is required.
Flexible Availability: Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Your Role:
Craft Unique Cocktails: Create and serve handcrafted cocktails that impress our guests.
Enhance Guest Experience: Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our extensive wine and liquor selections, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.
Manage Inventory: Take inventory and order supplies to keep the bar well-stocked.
Maintain Standards: Enforce Alberta liquor legislation and regulations, and perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by the manager.
