Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members’ peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
Address Customer Requests for Maintenance within 72 hours
Perform on call emergency maintenance according to schedule provided by Leader
General common area and building maintenance
Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
Assist with snow removal as required
Touch-up painting in common areas
Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Leader
Experience and Educational Requirements:
2-3 years renovation experience required
Mold Remediation and Asbestos Abatement certifications preferred
Technical Requirements:
Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written
Familiarity with computer tablets a must
Drywall - Repair and installation
Tiles - Tub surround and backsplash installation/repair
Painting and finishes
Countertops - Repair/replace
Floors - Repair and/or replace, baseboard installation/repair
Doors/Windows/Cabinets – Repair/replace
Basic Plumbing and Electrical
Basic Boiler/Heating
Furnace Maintenance
Locks – Repair/replace
Appliance repair/installation
Non-Technical Requirements:
Must have own vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
Ensure to have all tools on the tool list (will be provided during interview)
Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Must have vehicle and clean driving record
