We have a fleet of mountain bikes and all the camping equipment you need to get out and explore even more. This job is more than a housekeeping cart and a list of rooms to clean; it’s about being part of a team. A team that will sweat together, that will support each other and that will work communally to ensure our hostel is clean and welcoming for our guests. You will either start early and have the afternoon off or start late and have the morning off. Shifts will be on a rotation, so everyone gets to enjoy the outdoors equally. And when possible, we’ll even line up your morning shift with the start of your weekend and your afternoon shift with the start of your work week for some extra YOU time. You’ll also be able to enjoy the fact that you’re part of a not-for-profit organization that embraces sustainable tourism and values a healthy work-life balance. You’ll need to be in a state of fitness that allows you to spend 6-7 hours on your feet every day.
