What will be your daily pursuit?:
Leading fishing excursions on Lake Minnewanka while providing guests with an exceptional National Park visitor experience.

This is a part-time position, with an immediate start date until September 4th, 2023.

What will you do in this job?:
Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Minnewanka Lake
Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe
Be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions
Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
Improve guests experience by offering interpretation on board
Keeping fishing boats and fishing equipment in ready condition
Maintaining trip and mechanical logs and maintaining a safe and clean environment in all areas
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Passionate and experienced angler
High attention to detail and good communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent fishing knowledge
Mechanically inclined
Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) support and course reimbursement provided

Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
