We are growing our team and are in search of a Treatment Coordinator.

Ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize their work load, be independent, highly motivated and computer literate.

Experience in front desk duties at a dental office and/ or designation of Dental Assistant is preferred. This is a part-time position, which will be periodically evaluated based on production growth.

Responsibilities:

Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment.
Present treatment options, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance.
Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty.
Submitting claims and collecting patient balances
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Some clinical dental assisting may be required.
Other administrative duties as assigned
