Education: Completion of high school

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, Plan and control budget and inventory, Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, Develop business plans
Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Arrange for training of staff, Supervise staff
