Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner/Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting.

Must have valid Pro-Serve.

Duties

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and helping with any needs.
Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Proficient phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries as needed.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
