Now Hiring — Landscape Supervisor | Canmore & Banff, AB

JP Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team in the Bow Valley. We are Canmore's premier executive landscaping company, working on high-end residential and commercial projects where quality and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

What you'll be doing: Leading a crew of up to 6 on premium landscaping projects across Canmore and the Bow Valley. You will be expected to perform at the highest level while mentoring and training your crew across all aspects of the trade.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3 years of professional landscaping experience
Proven ability to lead and manage a crew of up to 6 people
Valid driver's licence
Certified or experienced operating skid steers and excavators
Hands-on experience with:
Paving stone installation
Natural rock & Rundle Rock retaining walls
Flagstone pathways & patios
Irrigation systems
Excavation & grading
Planting trees and shrubs
Professional attitude and commitment to quality
