Job Title: Vacation Rental Property Manager

Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure every home meets our high hospitality standards and is ready to wow our guests. You’ll balance guest care, homeowner relations, and property inspections—delivering the Elk & Owl touch every time.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with guests and homeowners.
Respond quickly to needs and resolve issues with professionalism.
Inspect homes pre-arrival to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
Co-ordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely turn overs.
Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies.
Identify and escalate maintenance needs; handle light troubleshooting.
Offer face to face guest support at our information desk.
Support after-hours guest issues as required.
Assist with office calls and guest inquiries.
Qualifications

1–2 years in vacation rental, hotel, or property management a must.
Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
Acute sense of urgency with excellent time management.
Experienced in housekeeping and comfortable with light maintenance.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Detail-oriented, organized, highly flexible and adaptable.
Comfortable with digital tools (AI, Google Workspace, STR software).
Analytical thinker and problem solver.
Compensation & Perks

Salary: $55,000 – $70,000, based on experience
