Full job description
We are looking for a friendly, hands‑on General Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our commercial mixed‑use building operating smoothly. If you enjoy practical work, solving day‑to‑day issues, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

This role focuses on general upkeep, light repairs, and custodial‑style maintenance tasks. You will work closely with our building operators, while major technical work is handled by licensed trades.

What You’ll Do

Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general building upkeep
Support Class 4 & 5 Building Operators with day‑to‑day operational tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors
Communicate clearly with tenants, team members, and contractors
Identify issues requiring licensed trades and assist with coordination
Work independently during afternoon‑to‑closing shifts
Participate in an on‑call rotation
Note: This position is based in Banff. Accommodation is not provided, and candidates must be able to secure their own housing.

Schedule: Afternoon and closing shifts, plus on‑call rotation. Start Date: ASAP
