Overview
Job is seasonal: Mid-May to Mid October. Please only apply if you have accommodation sorted. End of contract bonus!

We are hiring for one full-time and one part-time position to join our small teashop team.

The full-time position is 4 days per week, approximately 9.5 hours per day.

The part-time position is 1–2 days per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.

Although we are a retail shop, our environment is more similar to a café — fast-paced, hands-on, and always active. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their tea selections, preparing and packaging tea, refilling jars, blending teas, and making tea to go.

This role requires being on your feet for most of the day and the ability to lift heavy bins.

Duties

Assisting customers with tea selections and providing product knowledge
Opening and closing the store
Blending teas according to recipes
Refilling tea jars and maintaining displays
Preparing tea beverages to go
Pre-packing tea for retail sales
Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, coffee shops, preferred
Advanced English required
Must have staff accommodation sorted
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with cashiering systems, POS terminals, and customer service best practice
