Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll experience

- End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience, minimum of 3 implementations in a Senior Consultant or Lead role.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll processing, retro pay, balances, and compliance

- Experience working with integrations and data conversions, designing process flows, customizing approvals, and integrating with enterprise systems.

- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Canadian payroll

- Exposure to OIC, HDL, and extract processes

- Bilingual French/English (strong asset)

- Prior experience supporting multi-country payroll environments

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementation launching in April and join a global consulting team in a full time position. This role will focus on end-to-end payroll configuration, delivery, and client advisory, working closely with functional and technical teams. You will play a key role in solution design, payroll processing accuracy, integrations, and post-go-live support, while helping mentor junior consultants.

With 5–7 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience, you know how to turn business requirements into smart, scalable solutions. You’re comfortable designing process flows, customizing approvals, and integrating with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and implementation activities

- Gather and translate payroll business requirements into functional designs

- Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing, and statutory requirements

- Support payroll testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution

- Partner with technical teams on integrations, conversions, and payroll data loads

- Advise clients on best practices and regulatory compliance

- Support go-live readiness and hypercare activities

- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and client training
