Member Experience Activities Completes all member transactions including account openings, daily banking, and account maintenance accurately and efficiently Participates in activities supporting the expansion of the member relationship by seeking opportunities to support sales and profitability goals including cross-selling and providing referrals for all BVCU products/services as well as 3rd party providers Provides current members and potential members with suggested products and services through identifying and analyzing member needs, including discussing features and benefits and processes appropriate documentation based on policies and procedures Maintains discretion and confidentiality to respect members’ privacy Operational and Administrative Activities Adheres to BVCU policies, processes, and procedures for all daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual duties and operations Processes all member transactions Supports the overall operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures and related records Teamwork Participates in a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages pride, teamwork, and mutual respect Participates in training and development programs provided by internal and external resources Actively participates in community events that are sponsored by BVCU EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent Superior customer service skills with previous sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous cash handling experience is an asset!
