What Will You Do?

As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll:

Provide professional insurance advice to commercial clients with clear and timely communication on insurance policies and coverages
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokers
Maintain standards and internal protocols for client service, accounts receivable, file documentation, broker management system workflows, etc.
Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes
Core Requirements

To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:

A level 1 Alberta Insurance Licence or above
1 year of experience as a commercial insurance broker
Beneficial Skills

Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have:

Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience
Experience with Applied Systems (Epic)
Proficiency in insurance company portals
