Locals and visitors love to gather here and discuss the day's adventures. The Pastry Production Supervisor will assist the General Manager in overseeing all pastry operations. The Pastry Production Supervisor creates kitchen culture and provides quality culinary services according to Wild Flour’s brand and values. The Pastry Production Supervisor will be a proven team player and leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to supervise and provide direction to others. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Culinary Education, Red Seal or equivalent. Food Safe Certification. Minimum 2 years production bakery experience in a hotel or bakery. Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a commercial kitchen. Cold kitchen skills with a focus on production of salads, soups, and sandwiches. Creativity and passion for nourishing food and sustainable practices.
