Starting Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour + tips


Job Description
Greet guests upon entry, escort to tables, and share and collect any pertinent information
Support team members with service, buffet and table maintenance, and table re-setting
Quality-check food and beverage orders for accuracy and completion and deliver to tables
Respond to questions and requests from guests
Ensure service stations are fully stocked with supplies throughout shift
May perform light bartending duties

Qualifications
Valid Alberta ProServe Certification
Previous customer service experience required; previous food and beverage experience is an asset
Common cocktail and general wine knowledge is an asset
Customer-service oriented
Physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 11 pounds / 6 kg
Physically capable of standing and walking for 8-hour shifts
Able to remain calm and professional while working in an often fast-paced environment
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
