Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. Your expertise in various aesthetic procedures will help enhance the overall client experience and promote their well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, waxing, and advanced skin treatments.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent hospitality and customer service.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and product innovations.
Experience

Previous experience as an Aesthetician is preferred.
Strong skills in retail sales are advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to aesthetic services is essential.
