Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Infuse every aspect of our restaurant with the spirit of Mexican culture, from menu offerings to guest interactions and decor.
Develop strategies to achieve financial goals, optimize profitability, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Cultivate relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized experiences and attentive service.

Experienced Restaurant Leader: You have 3+ years of experience as a General Manager, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume setting.
