Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour


Job Description
Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting Rimrock standards of guest satisfaction and service
Provide ongoing training, motivating, and monitoring of staff
Provide floor support when business levels require including expediting food, preparing and serving beverages, conducting quality checks etc.
Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary
Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures
Perform office duties such as scheduling, monthly inventory, and pass-on

Qualifications
Previous experience working in restaurant front-of-house operations or in-room dining
Minimum one year of experience working in a leadership role
Post-secondary education in hospitality is an asset
Alberta ProServe Certification
Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to remain composed while working in a fast-paced environment
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
