Location: Banff, Alberta (Store-Based Role – Sundance Mall)

Who You’ll Work With

Reports to: Senior Reservations Manager
Leads: Reservations Supervisors, Reservations Agents, Wholesale Reservations Team, Groups
Collaborates with: Operations Team, Guides, Sales & Marketing, and Contracting Department
Key Responsibilities

Lead the Team: Support, train, and motivate the reservations team to deliver great service and strong sales.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage daily bookings, tour operations, and the look and feel of the store. Help resolve any customer issues quickly and professionally.
Drive Sales & Service: Help the team confidently recommend and upsell the best experiences to guests. Handle bookings and provide expert advice on options.
Work with Partners: Coordinate with wholesale clients, solve booking issues, and collaborate with other teams to make sure everyone’s working toward the same goals.
Support the Admin Side: Help with reports, day-to-day tasks, and assist the Senior Reservations Manager as needed.
What You Bring to the Role

2+ years of leadership experience in reservations, sales, tourism, or hospitality.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team, motivating staff to achieve sales and service goals.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Experience in scheduling
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons is required.
