Job Title: Events Manager
Location: Banff, Alberta – Rose & Crown and Fat Ox
Employment Type: Full-Time------ Must Live in the Bow Valley Area

Join Our Team in the Heart of the Rockies!

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and passionate Events Manager to lead event planning and execution across our two Banff locations: Rose & Crown and Fat Ox. These iconic venues are known for creating memorable moments, and we’re ready to elevate that even further with your leadership.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, coordinate, and execute private and in-house events at both locations, ensuring each experience exceeds guest expectations
Collaborate with our culinary and operations teams to design custom food & beverage offerings
Manage event inquiries, bookings, and communications with clients from start to finish
Create event briefs and communicate clearly with front and back of house teams to ensure flawless execution
Maintain an active calendar of events and coordinate marketing efforts in collaboration with our Marketing Manager
Track event performance, guest satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth
Drive repeat business through follow-up and exceptional service
What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in event planning or hospitality management (multi-location experience a strong asset)
Exceptional organization, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends based on event needs
A passion for guest experience and building community through unforgettable events
A problem-solving mindset and cool-headed approach to fast-paced environments
Proficiency with booking software and digital tools is a plus
