Looking to grow your career in tourism while helping share one of the world’s most iconic destinations with the world? Banff & Lake Louise Tourism is hiring a Coordinator, Destination Marketing to lead hosting services — including curated site visits, FAM tours, and media and influencer trips. You'll also support the team in bringing marketing initiatives to life through the execution of key projects.

This dynamic, fast-paced role sits at the intersection of project management and storytelling. You’ll juggle multiple priorities with confidence, work across departments, and collaborate with passionate teammates, partners, and members to bring Banff and Lake Louise to life. It’s an incredible opportunity to grow your skills, expand your network, and make your mark — all while based in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
