Role: Seasonal Travel Staff – shift work

OVERVIEW:

Our Travel Staff are an extension of our Cantrav planning team, bringing our programs to life on the ground. As the welcoming faces of Cantrav, they ensure exceptional service and seamless execution. Working closely with our Program Managers, they play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the seamless execution of our programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organized, with a people-focused approach and a positive attitude. They will have:

- Strong working knowledge of the destination with a hospitality-driven and tourism-focused mindset.
- Strong ability to understand and follow instructions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivation and the ability to remain composed under pressure
- A professional demeanor and appearance
- Capability to stand and walk for 5+ hours during events
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be scheduled for shifts and tasks based on client needs, which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays..

- Work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain strong peer relationships with staff and program managers
- Assist clients and their guests with services & experiences while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to exceeding expectations

Assignments may include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting guests upon arrival and departure for transportation to/from airports, hotels, and cruise ports (if applicable).
- Coordinating vehicle arrangements to ensure timely and efficient guest boarding.
- Managing transportation logistics to and from designated locations.
- Providing hospitality support at hotels.
- Assisting with tours, and activities
- Assisting and overseeing dining experiences, including restaurant management
