Duties include (but are not limited to): Lead and manage the front office team, Provide training and ongoing support to staff, and be proactive in the team’s development, Provide feedback and performance evaluations for team members, Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, Ensure guests' satisfaction from arrival to departure, including maintaining effective communications and resolving escalated guest issues, Conduct and oversee front desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, making guest keys, etc., Verify billing, create room reservations, and process special requests, Provide concierge services, such as restaurant and attraction recommendations and transportation arrangements, Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, Work closely with all other departments to ensure the best possible guest experience, Assist in managing and monitoring budgets and inventories, Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff, And other duties as assigned.
