Full job description
The Destination Development Team is seeking a highly organized Coordinator, Events to support our event portfolio in all areas of administration. This role is foundational to achieving success as a team in bringing events to life to enhance visitor experience and create community vibrancy.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Events, and collaborate with two Managers, Events across all projects in the portfolio on items such as signage, ticketing, and staff scheduling. For select events, you will assist onsite. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must. The ideal candidate is experienced with administration and is familiar with event coordination.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a highly collaborative and fun team, with the chance to build skills in administration of events as well as getting out from behind the desk to support on the ground.
