If you're curious, energetic, and love solving problems, you'll thrive in this role. As an Information Systems Technician, you’ll work onsite at our Banff Head Office, collaborating with a team of professionals in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Gain hands-on experience providing helpdesk & desk-side support in a 24/7 business environment
- Troubleshoot networking, phone systems, workstations, printers & applications
- Install, move, and update hardware & software
- Work with vendors to provide application support
- Log and track help desk tickets
- Assist with networking tasks, virtual servers & storage infrastructure
- Manage Microsoft Windows Active Directory & Exchange
- Prioritize safety – follow health & safety policies and procedures

What You Bring to the Team:
- Recent graduate from an IT program? Great! We want to help you launch your career.
- IT Certification (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Passion for problem-solving – able to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills (Advanced English required)
- Valid Canadian work permit & Alberta driver’s license
- Flexibility – able to cover on-call shifts and escalations
- Banff or Canmore resident (this is an onsite role)
