The Spa Manager will have the ability to confidently lead and direct a full-scale spa operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish goals, measurements and results for the Spa along with the General Manager.
Meet or exceed the annual Spa Budget and maximize the profit plan goals by properly managing expenses, labour and other material resources.
Provide functional and strategic leadership to the Spa, including all technical, front office and back office functions.
Develop departmental policies and procedures with a focus on exceptional guest service.
Represent BCP in such a manner as to enhance the reputation of the company and to nurture ‘Caribou' culture throughout all aspects of Spa operations.
Effective recruitment, selection, and development of spa reception, aestheticians and massage therapists.
Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth and fun for staff and guests.
Monitor clerical and administrative duties required to effectively operate the spa.
Process and report payroll to Payroll Supervisor in an accurate, regular and timely manner.
Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and providers.
Track and address all guest comments and concerns.
Coordinate monthly inventory and product ordering.
Ensure a safe work environment is maintained at all times and that all colleagues are committed to working safely.
Additional duties as assigned to support guest and business needs.
Skills and Experience:
Prior supervisory/management experience in a spa environment is considered an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal are needed.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
