Are you a passionate leader with a talent for banquet service and event execution? Join Alpha Bistro at Rocky Mountain Resort as our Food & Beverage Service Manager and play a key role in delivering outstanding restaurant, lounge, and banquet experiences in the heart of the Rockies.

Who We’re Looking For:
A seasoned hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional restaurant and banquet service
At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in food & beverage, banquets, or event operations
A strong motivator who can recruit, train, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality service
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and can coordinate seamless banquet and dining experiences
A detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, inventory, and payroll management skills
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of restaurant, lounge, and banquet staff
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and top-tier guest experiences
Plan and execute banquets and events, ensuring flawless service and guest satisfaction
Maintain a positive presence throughout the venue, fostering a welcoming atmosphere
Collaborate with departments to enhance banquet menus, beverage offerings, and service strategies
Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in all food and beverage areas
Handle payroll, scheduling, and inventory management
Represent Banff Lodging Co. with professionalism and community engagement
