Job Summary
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the food and beverage department. This position involves assisting in managing daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and demonstrate effective leadership skills to guide the team towards achieving operational excellence.

Duties

Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the Food & Beverage Manager in developing menus, pricing, and promotions that enhance guest satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment.
Handle cash management responsibilities, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining financial records.
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
