Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and possesses strong leadership skills. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee staff, manage customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to company policies.
Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Handle cash management duties, including cash register operations and financial reporting.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among employees.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Skills

Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Experience in bartending or cash handling is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
