Summary

We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our team at Aardvark Pizza and Sub. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence. This position is vital to our mission of providing outstanding food and service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Participate in menu planning and development as needed.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
