Position Overview

We are looking for full-time seasonal Front Desk / Guest Services Agents that will work resourcefully to support the booking operations, promptly answers phone calls and emails, and go above and beyond to provide professional support to guests.

The 2024 season will begin on May 11 and end on October 18.

Key Responsibility

Greet guests upon arrival and Perform all check-in and check-out procedures
Manage incoming online and phone booking inquiry
Complete guests’ bookings, collect confidentially contact and payment information
Post payments to guest accounts accurately
Respond to clients’ requests /feedbacks in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Upsell additional facilities and services
Follow opening and closing duties, cash handling polcies, end of the day reconciliation procedures
Provide helpful information about surrounding area and activities to do in Banff - Lake Louise and Bow Valley Parkway
Perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements

Available from May 11 to October 18

Legally eligible to work in Canada
Provide clean criminal records
Staff Accommodation available upon request and availability
