Full job description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Your main duties will include taking orders, preparing food items, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant or food service operations is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
