Welcome! Our organization operates 3 hotel properties - Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites - and 2 restaurants, all with an ideal location, steps from downtown Banff on one side and from the peaceful Bow River on the other.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Operate in-house washer and dryers,
Wash, dry and fold towels, linen, and uniforms,
Count, sort and record clean linen and tablecloths as noted on the distribution form,
Assist with the pickup and return delivery of laundry to and from other properties,
Check laundered articles to ensure that established standards are met,
Demonstrate a working knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures as required in order to maintain a secure and safe environment for guests and hotels,
And other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements/Ideal Candidate:

Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving abstract,
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time,
Ability to work independently without supervision,
Ability to visually check work, work area, and hotel spaces,
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs,
Frequent kneeling, pushing, and pulling,
Previous experience is an asset.
Other Requirements:

Knowledge of English language enough to engage guests in conversations
Ability to deal with the public in a professional courteous manner
Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates
Be well groomed and conform to hotel dress code
