Learn more at: https://www.rimrockcareers.com/career-opportunities Job Description The plumber will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of water supply and drain systems within the hotel premises. This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to plumbing systems to provide hotel guest satisfaction, minimize downtime and ensure the safety of guests and staff. Duties and Responsibilities Majority of work is performed in public space and must ensure work is performed in a respectful, organized and tidy manner. Conduct routine inspections and checks of plumbing systems to confirm operation and identify and address potential issues. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on plumbing systems (public sinks, toilets, etc.) Respond to water issues and breakdowns, troubleshooting to identify root causes. Perform repairs and installations as per building codes and regulations. Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to coordinate plumbing work associated with minor renovations or new installations. Communicate effectively with hotel management regarding the status of projects and issues. Assist with project planning and execution.
