What will be your daily pursuit?:
Supporting, coaching and inspiring the food and beverage team in the delivery of an exceptional hospitality culinary experience, fueling our guests and staff for adventure!

What will you do in this job?:
Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met
Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlet’s staff
Leading the team with a positive attitude and recognizing a job well done
Providing daily oversight of Sky Bistro and Northern Lights operations, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, establishment and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards
P/L responsibility for all aspects of the Sky Bistro
Assist with the recruitment, training, development and retention of high quality team members
Anticipate key issues and informational needs and be prepared to discuss ongoing performance and functions that will enhance the performance of the Gondola food and beverage operations
Become deeply ingrained in the operations of food and beverage in order to drive employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and financial performance
Provide leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of problem solving, service, teamwork, accuracy and speed, improved business practices and attract and retain superior talent on our team
Make employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate
Provide support to all of the Company’s research and guest satisfaction programs
All day to day operational issues providing daily supervision to the Sky Bistro
Assist with training, staffing, development, staff meetings, scheduling and payroll submissions
Assist with planning and execution of functions
Ordering, inventory and stock stake
Coding and remittance of all invoices
Cross promotion of all Pursuit attractions and divisions
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
High attention to detail and good communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience with cash control procedures
Food & Beverage background
Experience in similar leadership role an asset
Thrives in a fast paced and high energy work environment
Experience with best in class operating systems, training, staff development and the operational management of large and complex operations
