Job Description
Working out of our local Sales & Marketing office, this exciting position coordinates the marketing, promotion and group events planning for wild nights at Wild Bill's. We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, who has a passion for live music and a love for mechanical bulls!

Duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
•	Work with event organizers to ensure the smooth execution of corporate and community events, fundraisers, local staff parties, Christmas parties
•	Help organize special sponsored events both on and off-site 
•	Work with Wild Bills Management to host special live bands and performers 
•	Cross selling with all other Banff Lodging Company's products including hotel stays and additional restaurant options 
•	Co-ordinate marketing initiatives including newspaper, radio, print ads and tickets, along with social media promotion
•	Weekend and evening work may be required during the running of events
•	Other tasks as assigned by Sales & Marketing and Wild Bills Management Teams

Qualifications
•	Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
•	Strong organizational and time management skills.
•	Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
•	Positive and professional attitude, with a demonstrated ability to be resourceful.
•	Previous experience with event planning is an asset.
•	Previous experience working with a live music venue is an asset.
