Dishwashing/Stewarding Attendant
Sanitation & Recycling Attendant
Rate of Pay : Starting at $16.32 per hour. Full rate after one year is $18.59 per hour.

What you will be doing as Dishwashing/Stewarding Attendant:

Operating industrial dishwashers
Washing glassware and other items by hand
Pot and pan ware washing
Cleaning of kitchen equipment lines
Responsible for cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
Recycling and trash removal from all areas
Ensuring floors and work areas are clean, dry, clear of hazards and obstructions
Follow and adhere to ALLSAFE health and safety protocols
Other duties as assigned
What you will be doing as Sanitation & Recycling Attendant:

Collecting compost, garbage, glass, tin, cardboard, plastic, and recycling paper throughout the property and ensure its sorted correctly and organized
Ensure all recycling rooms including grease bin rooms and stewarding vehicles are organized and clean
Assist other departments with large items to be removed and delivered to the Exshaw dump site and town of Banff dump site
Gather food and items from various areas of the hotel and deliver them to the proper departments throughout the property.
Drive and deliver food & beverage to remote service locations including but not limited to Waldhaus, Clubhouse, Bowling Center, and Convention Center etc.
Keep track of all inventory entering and leaving the stewarding storage rooms and ensure they are clean and organized at all times
Adhere to and follow ALLSAFE health and safety protocols
Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:

Previous dishwashing or related experience an asset
Ability to operate industrial machinery
Constant lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, kneeling, and carrying up to 50lbs
Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
Exposure to kitchen equipment, sounds, fumes, chemicals, working in hot, humid & cold environments
Passionate and organized about maintaining a clean safe working environment
For Sanitation & Recycling Attendant - must also have Class 5 driver’s license, with a comfort level of driving a 1 ton truck and Current driver’s abstract, to be provided prior to your first day
