Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour


Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Keep all areas of the change rooms, pool, sauna, squash court, fitness room, and Spa deck clean at all times
Fold clean towels and store in appropriate areas
Ensure clean towels are always available in the pool and change rooms and take soiled towels to Laundry
Replenish amenities
Remove garbage and recycling
Assist guests with general gym facilities and ensure proper storage of equipment
Help ensure safety of pool area by keeping floors clean and dry
Sweep fitness room, squash court, and change rooms floors as needed throughout day
Daily set up and tear down of Spa deck, ensuring cleanliness throughout day
Report any health and safety concerns and equipment issues to Spa Leadership
Assist Spa Concierge team when needed

Qualifications
Keen attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
Flexible to changing priorities
Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a damp, humid, and sometimes hot environment
CPR and 1st Aid training is an asset
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
