The Keg at the Caribou Lodge is on the hunt for a dedicated and dynamic Floor Manager to lead our evening service and bar operations. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality leader with strong bar experience, a sharp eye for service, and a passion for creating standout guest moments. What You’ll Do: Lead the evening team with confidence, energy, and professionalism — setting the pace for service and sales performance Keep service standards sharp by maintaining training materials and leading by example Support a premium guest experience, ensuring fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service every night Execute The Keg’s high standards at every turn Handle daily close-out duties, timecard reviews, and punch adjustments to keep operations running smoothly Enforce liquor regulations and health/safety policies in accordance with Alberta laws Jump in where needed — from shaking cocktails behind the bar to helping the team during peak service Take on additional tasks as needed to meet guest and business demands What You Bring: 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume bar or evening service environment Deep knowledge of cocktail service and bar operations Proven ability to motivate, coach, and retain top-tier staff A guest-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations and grow sales Calm under pressure and skilled in managing people, time, and shifting priorities ProServe Certified (or ready to obtain it quickly) A desire to grow your career long-term with an industry leader If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced evening environment, and are ready to make your mark in Banff, we want to hear from you.
