Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The General Manager will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while driving the success of the business.

Duties

Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality.
Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial policies.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation that meets company standards.
Analyze financial reports to identify trends, manage costs effectively, and drive profitability.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of hospitality is maintained.
Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong background in bartending or food service is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability in team management with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in cash handling and financial oversight within a restaurant setting.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on helping guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory control, staffing, and scheduling.
