This is a part-time, temporary/seasonal sales associate position, reporting to the store manager.


What You'll Do

Provide unforgettable service: Guide guests to the right products, offering personalized recommendations that meet their needs
Drive sales: Use your product knowledge and passion for the outdoors to guide guests to the products that support their outdoor adventures
Maintain store standards: Keep our displays inviting, restock inventory, and ensure transactions are seamless and efficient
Foster teamwork: Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
Share our mission: Educate guests about Fjallraven's values and sustainability practices to inspire loyalty and connection
Participate in events: Help build community by supporting in-store and local events
Who You Are

A skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Proactive, reliable, and driven to achieve sales goals
Enthusiastic about sustainability and sharing knowledge of our premium outdoor products
Open to learning and collaborating with a supportive team
